You may be feeling anxious or down, especially during Covid-19. Perhaps you've been feeling out-of-place for a while now. You don't know what to do with all of your feelings. It may be impacting your relationships, career and more. And, you might be ready to move past what's getting in the way of your best self.

Therapy can help you gain clarity and find yourself again. You can breathe deeply here: You've come to the right place.

You see your child suffering, and you just want to help. Perhaps they're dealing with anxiety around school or high achievement. You might see them on an emotional roller coaster, going through highs and lows. They may be struggling to find their voice or navigate the joys and pains of growing up.

Therapy is a place where a teen can be honest and real. It can help them find their most confident, grounded self and set them up for success.

You've come here out of love... and desperation. It's okay—most couples do! You and your partner talk, but can't seem to communicate. You each might notice that you're doing the same things you've done in past relationships, but with each other. You want to get on the same page but don't know how.

Therapy provides a neutral, supportive space to break down barriers that block true connection and get both of your needs met.

“We do not believe in ourselves until someone reveals that deep inside us something is valuable, worth listening to, worthy of our trust, sacred to our touch. Once we believe in ourselves we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight or any experience that reveals the human spirit.”

e.e. cummings, poet

ARCHIVE: Famous Quote

I believe that healing takes place in relationship—one that lets you fully be yourself. That means, I won't tell you what you should think or feel. Instead, I help you find your inner compass—an inner respite of calm, confidence and clarity. We do this by slowing down in the present, befriending your emotional experience and becoming curious (in a kind way) about what keeps you stuck doing the same things.

Treatment modalities: Gestalt therapy, trauma resiliency & somatic techniques, Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), existential therapy, culturally sensitive approaches and mindfulness.
